ARP Digital and BBK (Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait) introduced regulated stablecoin settlement for real-time cross-border transactions. Bybit, Wise, and Crypto.com all secured UAE licenses under new virtual asset frameworks. Ripple partnered with Bahrain Fintech Bay to expand the Kingdom’s digital asset ecosystem. PayDay Takaful raised an undisclosed pre-seed round at a $3m valuation to scale its inclusive financial wellness platform across North Africa.
