We returned from our 2025 team retreat in Las Vegas last week, and it was nothing short of incredible. This trip was a heartfelt “thank you” to our team and a way to recognize and celebrate the dedication, collaboration, and hard work that defined the past year. From meaningful conversations and team-building experiences, to moments of laughter and connection, the retreat was a reminder of what makes UBS truly special: our people.
