Meet Nichole Dunham, Operations Engineering Manager! For the last year, Nichole has helped support our manufacturing operations by managing processes, testing, and data needs for the floor and repair station. ✈️ What got you into the aerospace industry? I’ve been in aviation for almost 19 years, since 2007. I started in Arkansas, working for Dassault Falcon jet, then got out of the industry and did 5 years in healthcare. Before working at Universal Avionics, I was at Parker Meggitt Securaplane. 🚀 What are your hobbies outside of work? I tutor middle and high school students in math, which I absolutely love. I also teach youth two times a week. At home, my 14‑year‑old daughter plays volleyball and enjoys horseback riding, and my 12‑year‑old son keeps us busy with his sports. My husband is retired military, and our family has done a lot of traveling over the years. 🌟 What makes you proud to work at Universal? Definitely the teamwork – the employees honestly are what make it special here. Making advanced integrated products is amazing, but the people are what make the place. It's a #UniversalFeeling!
