We’re thrilled to have Dell Technologies as our lead Spark sponsor this year and experience partner! 🌟 Last year, our Imagine Your Future program took 7th graders to Dell Technologies, where they explored AI and developed creative solutions to real-world problems using AI. We’re so grateful for our partnership with Dell and their support in inspiring the next generation of innovators. #stemaccess #spark2025 #thisisup

"Being Hispanic to me means being the representation that my family gets to be proud of." From September 15 to October 15, we celebrate the cultures, traditions, and contributions of the Hispanic community. At UP, nearly half of our families and many of our staff are Hispanic, and their identity and experiences are woven into the fabric of our schools. This month, we’re proud to share the voices of our staff as they reflect on what being Hispanic means to them. Their words remind us of the pride, strength, and joy that inspire our work every day 🩵 #hispanicheritagemonth #weareup

The new school year is officially underway! 🍎✨ Last month, our entire network reunited for our annual Summit, the first time back together after the summer break. We reconnected, shared ideas, and fueled up for the year ahead. The energy in the room was incredible, and we’re more ready than ever to make this year extraordinary for our students. We’re starting the year with our #StrongerTogether mindset, knowing that when we collaborate, support one another, and bring our whole selves to the work, amazing things happen. A special thank you to Christopher Worrell for joining us and showing support, it means so much to have champions in our community alongside us. 📸: Javier Rivas #backtoschool #thisteamallin #strongertogether #thisisup

Check out Michael Horn's latest podcast episode featuring our very own Hillary Casson alongside Jessica Gelman from our incredible Imagine Your Future company partner, KAGR (Kraft Analytics Group). Together, they dive into the impact of career-connected learning. Grateful for conversations like this that show what’s possible when schools and companies join forces to expand opportunities for students. #careerconnectedlearning #pathways #thisisup
Most organizations have their hands full with their day-to-day business. So, while many leaders like the idea of offering work-based learning experiences with schools, fewer are able to make the time and overcome the friction to make it happen. I sat down with Jessica Gelman of KAGR (Kraft Analytics Group) and Hillary Casson of UP Education Network to learn more about the partnership they’ve developed to create valuable and low-friction work-based learning experiences.
