Leaders worked side-by-side with employees to complete Job Hazard Analyses — a process that identifies potential hazards in specific tasks and outlines safe work practices to prevent injuries. On Tuesday, August 12th, the Urban Farmer team continued our participation in OSHA’s Safe + Sound Week with three activities. Employees enjoyed healthy food throughout the day and filled out safety notes sharing why safety matters to them. Leaders on the floor also began planning Job Hazard Analyses for different positions, reinforcing our commitment to identifying and reducing workplace risks.
