KalshiEX LLC has filed an opening brief with the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, appealing a Maryland district court’s decision that denied an injunction against state regulators. A new organization, FFOG: Family & Friends of Gamblers (FFOG), officially launched its operations on October 15, 2025. FFOG aims to become a significant force opposing the harms caused by online gambling in the United States.
