It’s been just over two weeks since we opened our brand-new VASA Fitness in Bellevue, NE, and we’ve loved becoming part of this amazing community. Seeing members come together to work toward their goals and build connections has been inspiring. We’re grateful for the warm welcome and look forward to continuing to support Bellevue in living better through fitness and community.

STUDIO LFT, our small-group strength-training class, is officially open in Westminster, CO (Federal and Zuni). These classes focus on working each muscle group with intention, helping members build strength, balance, and confidence. With certified Coaches leading every session, proper form and progression are always top of mind. Classes are kept small, giving members the chance to work with a partner, share motivation, and celebrate personal records together.
