We are excited to welcome our new Utilization Management Director, D. Tennille Montgomery! Tennille holds a master’s degree in counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona as well as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. She brings over 17 years of extensive experience in utilization management and behavioral health. Throughout her career, Tennille has demonstrated strong leadership overseeing diverse teams, implementing staff training programs, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and developing streamlined workflows to improve efficiency and quality of care. In addition, Tennille holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and additional certifications in mediation, medical coding, and corporate etiquette. Please join us in giving Tennille a warm welcome to the Via Linda team!
