Our latest SKO was… unreal. I’ve been to many SKOs in my career, but this one was different. Truly unforgettable. The kind of experience people keep talking about long after it’s over. I had so many conversations with people who told me this was the best SKO they’ve experienced, and hearing that meant everything. Every single detail was thought through. The level of production was unbelievable. The sessions. The product demos. Just WOW. But more than anything, it was the connection. At WalkMe, we’re known for throwing great parties. But this wasn’t a party. It was magical, the kind of experience that feels unreal while you’re living it. Think Day Zero in Tulum meets Burning Man, deep in the forest. It felt like a dream. We came together after an amazing 2025, to celebrate, to recharge, and to focus on 2026 execution. Today, WalkMe is a must-have platform for every enterprise going through an AI transformation. We help our customers boost AI adoption, and by doing that, unlock the true value of AI. And this team… wow. They didn’t just show up to an SKO, they were part of something special. An experience. A memory. This is the glue that makes us who we are. It’s always been about the people. Working together. Creating together. Building memories together. We set ourselves a mission, to create the best SKO in the world. I’m pretty sure we succeeded. Huge thank you to the people who made this happen: 🙏 Ofir Bloch , your creativity and attention to detail are on another level. Truly rare. 🙏 Gali Levi , every time I think we can’t top the last one, you find a way to do it. We couldn’t have done this without the best production company in the world, OTD GLOBAL . You truly make dreams come true you are more than a production company you are true partners and friends ❤️ Thank you Goni & Vlada for the incredible design, Tulum felt like a fairytale. And because at WalkMe we always push for the best, we brought the best, chef Omri Magal, thank you for an unforgettable culinary experience. To the WalkMe team, this post is for you. You showed up. You crushed 2025. We’re raising the bar even higher in 2026. And this is just the beginning. To our customers, partners, and our SAP colleagues, thank you for the continued trust and support. And last but not least, Rouven Morato Saying goodbye to you was the hardest moment of this SKO. Thank you for everything. We couldn’t have integrated into SAP the way we did without you. As we said on stage, you will always be a WalkMe friend ❤️ So proud. So grateful. Let’s go.

Let’s be honest. Technically, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a beautiful idea. But practically? It ignores the reality of the enterprise. Most companies run on software that simply wasn't built for AI. We can either spend years trying to build APIs for those legacy systems, or we can use agents that see the interface and get to work today. I wrote this after years of seeing where automation actually breaks, and where it actually works.
