A bird’s-eye view of progress at Lifespire, the Summit. Recently, our team completed the first slab pour for the new Memory Support building — a two-day, 16,000-square-foot pour starting bright and early at 6 a.m. each morning. Once complete, this one-story space will provide specialized care for residents living with dementia, featuring wood framing and a storefront system designed for safety and comfort. Learning beyond the classroom. We recently welcomed 40 fourth-year Architectural Engineering students from Penn State University’s PACE program for a day of learning and connection at Warfel. During their visit, students heard from our Homestead Village project team about Warfel’s history, culture, and approach to construction management, exploring how classroom concepts translate into real-world project delivery. The group also engaged in discussions around project planning, collaboration, and career opportunities—from internships to full-time roles.
