We are thrilled to recognize Amy Woods-Doake from Southern Plains Landfill in Ninnekah, OK, for our next Women of Waste. Her coworker said, "I’ve had the pleasure of working with Amy and have seen firsthand her ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time with patience and professionalism. Her willingness to share the knowledge she has with others to help them succeed is top-notch. Amy consistently goes above and beyond to help others with a smile on her face. Her personality and fun energy make everyone around her feel welcome. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a lasting impact – not just through their work, but through kindness, generosity, and encouragement that she shares every day. Amy makes the team, the work, and the day brighter. If good energy, hard work, and kindness were an Olympic sport, Amy would need a bigger shelf for all the gold medals."
