It’s exciting to see WateReuse members DC Water and Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works sharing vital knowledge about Anne Arundel’s aquifer recharge project! This year, our Mid-Atlantic region members helped shape and advocate for the passage of SB 930 in the Maryland senate. This legislation paved the way for the Maryland Department of the Environment to issue a groundwater recharge permit for this innovative pilot project.

Interested in learning more about how to implement effective source control strategies for Advanced Water Purification? Next week, WateReuse Arizona President Erin Young will moderate a discussion between Doug Rice, PE, PhD of Black & Veatch and Mary Kate Forkan of Carollo Engineers.
