An elegant, sweeping curve, creates an open arm to Pasadena and the surrounding community, providing state of the art patient-focused cancer and cardiovascular care.
This project involves the new construction of a four-story medical office building with three levels of subterranean parking. The building is located in the Heart district of Pasadena, and establishes a new contemporary style of architecture which is timeless and will take the hospital campus into the future.
The drop-off is adjacent to the main lobby and grand stair open to a two-story space which spills out onto the second level terrace with natural gardens along the perimeter and a central sitting area, capturing views to the San Gabriel Mountains. The new MOB includes a ground-level boutique, café, conference area and retail pharmacy. Construction is expected to be completed Summer 2026.
