Learn More about Surv Nashville: ❓ Question #1: What inspired you to become a Surv franchisee? “I was drawn to Surv because of its strong core values and mission-driven purpose. The idea of helping homeowners stay in their homes longer while also strengthening community ties really resonated with me, especially at a time when close-knit communities and family units are becoming less common.” ❓ Question #2: What’s your favorite type of project to help customers with? “While I don’t have a single favorite type, I particularly value the projects that customers once did themselves but can no longer manage; helping them regain that sense of comfort and independence is very rewarding.” ❓ Question #3: Can you share a memorable customer story or moment since joining Surv? “One memorable moment was a Random Act of Kindness, or “RAK,” for a homeowner in our community who had suffered a tragic loss. We helped them move out of their home and into a new space where they could begin creating new memories. As part of that process, we cleaned and prepared their old home so they could recover their full security deposit, funds they truly needed during that difficult transition.” ❓ Question #4: What’s one tip you’d give homeowners for keeping up with their homes regularly? “Don’t let the small things pile up. Simple tasks like gutter cleaning and routine maintenance can go a long way in preventing major, costly repairs later on.
