On October 9, Hasbro is hosting its third annual Women Innovators of Play—a virtual thought leadership event (10:00–11:30AM ET) streaming on Hasbro’s HasbroLife YouTube. The program is all about elevating women creators who are redefining toys, games, and digital play—an industry where women are still underrepresented. Also launching that day: the Women Innovators of Play Design Challenge, a global competition in search of the next big toy or game. Winners will receive a $10,000 cash prize, mentorship from Hasbro’s top women leaders, and a trip to Hasbro HQ to help bring their ideas closer to reality. Submissions can come from anyone and anywhere, no matter their level of expertise in toy or game design.
