About us

PAST Since 2011, Women Who Code built a vibrant community of nearly half a million technologists powered by the passion and dedication of 1,000 volunteers across 145 countries. Together, WWCode created over 20,000 community-led technical trainings, empowered individuals with $3.5 million in scholarships, and dedicated over a million hours to volunteer service. Women Who Code connected people to more than 14,000 career opportunities, all while nurturing leadership growth and career advancement strategies. Women Who Code fostered a global network through every connection and effort where everyone felt a sense of community and support. In April 2024, sadly, due to a lack of funding, Women Who Code had to shut their doors. PRESENT We are humbled to welcome Women Who Code to the LWT family of brands. Our two unique brands share the common passion of uniting business and technology leaders from all backgrounds to level up their skills, network with professionals who can support their career growth and increase their economic power. And we’ve both made an intentional decision to focus our value on mid-senior leaders. Despite the challenges of limited financial resources, we are committed to this community of brilliant leaders. We’re not backing down—we’re doubling down. But we want to be clear, this is not a merger; instead, our team is expanding our family of brands to build upon all of the work Women Who Code has done over the last decade. Whether you’re coding your first line or leading the charge at the highest levels, Women Who Code, we want to support you. We are thrilled to launch two new Women Who Code programs designed to elevate tech leaders :: ⚡️WWCode Leadership empowers mid-to-senior technologists to develop and build their leadership skills. ⚡️ WWCode Cities membership connects you locally and curates custom introductions to support your career growth.

Last week, I had the opportunity to attend the TechFutures Summit with Women Who Code and Yahoo LaunchPad Emerging Careers Night. As a recent NYU graduate in computer science and math, I was excited to learn from industry leaders navigating today's AI-driven shift in tech. At the TechFutures Summit, I heard from engineers and executives at companies like Apple, AWS, Databricks, and Deloitte, who shared insights on everything from AI product strategy and GenAI fundamentals to building autonomous agents and MLOps pipelines. These sessions highlighted not only the technical implementation but also the broader impact our work has at the intersection of technology, business, and society. At the Yahoo LaunchPad event, huge thanks to Ralfiel Wright, MBA and the Yahoo team for creating such a welcoming space for students to connect with Yahoo's engineers, product managers, and recruiters. Hearing about their projects and day-to-day work gave me valuable insight into Yahoo's culture and the exciting opportunities they're creating. I'm grateful for the chance to learn, connect with new friends and professionals, and continue exploring where technology meets business! #TechFutures #WomenWhoCode #Yahoo #AI #Data #TechAndBusiness

Last week at LWT conference, I led a workshop on how #Agentic AI transforms complex, ever-changing trade situation into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter supply-chain decisions. LWT Tech Futures 2025 was truly where innovation met real-world challenges. ✨ What began as an experiment to simplify global #tariff data evolved into an agentic AI system that helps companies make smarter, faster, and more cost-effective trade decisions. Built using Microsoft Azure, LangGraph, LangChain, Azure OpenAI , and Slack integration, TariffTok AI helps organizations: 🔹 Cut scenario planning time from hours to minutes 🔹 Reduce tariff-driven costs through smarter sourcing insights 🔹 Quantify ROI by turning complex data into business-ready intelligence Several attendees even mentioned they want to implement this approach in their own organizations; proof that when AI is designed for real business outcomes, it delivers immediate value. It was also fulfilling to see participants start thinking beyond POC, toward building scalable, ROI-driven AI products that truly transform operations. Grateful to Leanne PittsfordJulia Juarez Miller and Laura Wise, LMFT from LWT Women Who Code for the platform, and to Mauro Madaschi (CTO), Nicolo' Nepote (VP), and  Ajay Mishra (my manager) for believing in me and encouraging me to explore my full potential. Special credits to Rahil Shah for helping me host the TariffTok AI website.  🙏 #TechFutures2025 #AIForBusiness #AgenticAI #SupplyChainAI #AIProductStrategy #DigitalTransformation #Innovation #WomenInAI #LangGraph #AzureOpenAI #FastAPI #SlackIntegration #AIApplications #WomenInTech #AgenticAI #DataScience #GenerativeAI #ArtificialIntelligence  #AIProduct #ProductAI #AIProductManagement #ProductInnovationAI #AIProductLeadership #AIProductDesign

Visual Strategist, Curator, Program Manager | Advancing responsible innovation where visual culture meets emerging tech | Exploring the future of storytelling

Last week’s TechFutures in NYC was a whole vibe 🏳️🌈⚡️ Honored to join this long-loved gathering organized by LWT, the largest LGBTQIA community of technologists in the world, to navigate this seismic moment together. Hands down the most inclusive, connection-oriented conference of this size that I’ve been to. A few highlights that stuck: 🤖 Hannah Elsakr, VP of New GenAI Business Ventures @ Adobe — on how all models are not created equal, and the importance of training with data that protects creators and their IP (also loved the “digital nutrition label” reference, a nod to Content Credentials and the Content Authenticity Initiative ❤️) 🧩 Oona King, Chief Economic Opportunity Officer @ Uber — on how “culture eats strategy for breakfast,” and how to protect company culture in the age of AI 💡 Kate Jensen, Head of Revenue @ Anthropic — on imagining the impact of a post-agile future where a single person will soon work solo to ideate, demo, and pitch new features and products (with tools like Lovable) 🧠 Michelle Brenner, author, and Senior Software Engineer @ Netflix — on building authentic professional connections (but like, down to the real brass tacks of it... so good 🛠️) Walked away reflecting on this complex era we're entering, and how vital representation and belonging will be in shaping it with integrity. Big love to everyone who has spent many years making the #LWTSummit such a generous, good-hearted space. NYC, you were incredible! 🏙️ What an experience at the TechFutures Summit. Last week I had the privilege of leading a workshop on building the data foundations for Next-Gen AI. Key takeaways:  💡 The audience was brilliant. The questions were sharp, deep, and focused on solving real-world enterprise problems.  🤝 The connections were powerful. It was humbling to meet people who came to the conference just for my talk.  👩💻 The community is inspiring. Loved connecting with workmate Dimple Bhatia and fellow speakers Ishween Kaur & Arushee Garg. Huge thanks to the organizers at Women Who Code & LWT (especially Julia Juarez Miller) for a seamless event. And thank you to Vimal Kini, Ranjit Mavinkurve, and everyone at Workday for making this possible! #TechFutures #WomenWhoCodeSummit #LWTSUMMIT #AI #PublicSpeaking #WomenInTech #NYC

Not only did Women Who Code TechFutures summit bring together some of the BRIGHTEST ideas, BIGGEST names, and BRILLIANT #womenintech + allies leaders across the #technology industry and beyond; it brought together the power of Amazon Web Services (AWS) #AWSNovaPro + #AWSBedrock + the art of perfumery from distinguished mixologists of Paris. Anyone who knows me (IRL, not through social proximity) knows that I thoroughly enjoy making things; I handcraft 4 custom fragrances (seasonal) amongst many other body, beauty, and home goods throughout the year. 🤗 I had a "Scent-sational" experience co-crafting my newest signature fragrances with #GenerativeAI + #TheFragranceLab activation—this wasn't just a demo; it was a peek into the future of ultra-personalized commerce. As a technologist and engineer who has built many applications and Knowledge Bases on AWS Bedrock, I walked in skeptical and left absolutely captivated and in awe by the seamless blend of human creativity and machine intelligence. The core power wasn't just in mixing fine oils; it was in the #NLP (Natural Language Processing) driven by Amazon Nova Pro—we are moving beyond clunky dropdown menus and quizzes; I simply had a natural conversation, sharing a few words describing my vibe, and detailing my preferences but Nova Pro didn’t just transcribe; it interpreted and intelligently converted raw subjective data into perfectly tailored product specifications. Think about the complexity: a simple phrase like "I want something that feels like an cosmic flower" has to be mapped to a precise olfactory taxonomy. Nova Pro handles this complex, multi-modal translation, transforming human desire into concrete, curated fragrance notes from the deep, grounding base notes to the bright, fleeting top notes... and wallah, my newest fragrance "ASTRALUNA". This is generative AI augmenting, not replacing, the art of perfumery. This proof-of-concept didn't just create me a custom product; it immediately addressed the next logical step in the customer journey; personalizing campaign assets. Imagine, the same data that defined my unique scent can instantly inform a generative model on Bedrock to produce a hyper-targeted ad, banner, or email campaign that authentically connects with me! 🤯 That’s not just personalization; that's authentically tailored commerce at scale! 🥰 As an technologist and a creative, I can't wait to see the evolution and adoption of this for industries far beyond fragrance—like health & wellbeing from personalized supplements and meal ingredients; to fashion with custom apparel. TRULY a game-changer! 💥 🙌🏾

Customer Obsessed // SaaS // Operations // Customer Success // Digital Transformation // Nerd // Data Driven // Catalyst For Change // Enablement // END

Last week, I had the chance to step out of my day-to-day and into a few days of pure brain fuel at TechFutures 2025 — an event powered by Women Who Code and LWT, packed with the kind of sessions that remind you why you do what you do.   As a Customer Success Account Manager, I spend my days helping enterprise media and entertainment customers navigate what’s next. These sessions hit home:   🤖 AI Adoption & the Future of Work The 70% skills shift by 2030? Totally believable. I see it every day. Copilot, Notebooks, and agent-driven workflows are already transforming how teams collaborate. The challenge now isn’t learning the tools — it’s teaching people how to think differently with them.   🎬 Immersive Brand Experiences Sessions on Roblox and VR storytelling hit close to home for my customers. Audiences want authenticity and connection — and technology can deliver both when used with intention.   🌍 Societal Impact & Advocacy From digital privacy to workplace equity, the thread through every session was responsibility. Technology isn’t neutral — it reflects the people who build and use it. That’s why advocacy matters, inside and outside the walls of Microsoft. 💾 Digital Sovereignty & Data Protection Owning your data isn’t just good practice — it’s survival. The conversations around open-source, self-hosted solutions reinforced how critical it is for companies to balance innovation with trust and compliance.   Bottom line: TechFutures wasn’t just another conference. It was a reminder that the work we do sits right at the intersection of technology, trust, and transformation.   We don’t just help customers deploy software — we help them navigate what it means to stay human in an age of constant change.   #TechFutures #WomenWhoCode #LesbiansWhoTech #CustomerSuccess #AITransformation #DigitalSovereignty #Microsoft

I am pleased to share that I had the opportunity to give a talk on "Build Smarter, Closer:Edge AI That Delivers" at the TechFutures LWT with Women Who Code in New York City this week! 🗽💫 It was an incredible experience where I got to connect with inspiring women leaders from tech, business, sports, and film. I felt starstruck throughout the Summit by listening to the amazing women leaders VPs and CEOs — including Colleen Aubrey (SVP, Amazon), Oona King (Uber), Hannah Elsakr (Adobe), Jennifer Kattula (Microsoft), Rita Ferro (The Walt Disney Company), Susie (ESPN Women Sports), the famous basketball player Sue Bird, and actress Sophia Bush, and many more. 🌟 And having it all take place in my favorite city, NYC, made it even more magical. 💙 I saw abundance — of light, joy, and empowerment — at the Summit and ofcourse in New York City. 🌆💫 #TechFutureSummit #NYC #WWC #Gratitude #GroundedAsHuman #WomenLeadersalltogether
