What started during COVID—when our community and schools were hit hard—has now become one of our favorite traditions. Every summer since, our team has rallied together to support local students through our annual school supply drive. We love this city. We believe in Greeley schools. These aren’t just supplies, they’re tools for confidence, creativity, and a fresh start. If you’re able, we’d love your help collecting backpacks, crayons, pencils, and more. The Chili Cook Off is a company tradition, and every year, our team brings the heat (and a little friendly competition) but more than that, we bring our Yoder family together. In just nine days we are celebrating the grand opening of the Yoder Family Early Childhood Education Center. For years this facility was simply a concept without concrete, and today we get to step foot inside of it and watch the young minds of our students flourish. Maria, the director of the Yoder ECEC has done an outstanding job of hand selecting the most qualified and caring instructors who truly prioritize connecting with students and parents. We had the opportunity to work with incredible sponsors, United Way, Aims Community College, University of Northern Colorado, and Larimer County Economic & Workforce Development (LCEWD) to name a few. And it was incredible to see them share our vision of a nurturing, educational space for our community's children. Since we've opened our doors we've been able to see the impact we're making in real time. It's incredible that just a year ago the Yoder Family ECEC was a set of rooms, and now it is a full fledged educational child care facility aligned with the Colorado Department of Early Childhood's development guidelines and shaping the young minds of students every single day.
