Ending youth homelessness and ensuring young people are valued for who they are and empowered to achieve their potential
About us
YouthCare works to end youth homelessness and to ensure that young people are valued for who they are and empowered to achieve their potential. Founded in 1974, YouthCare was one of the first shelters to serve youth experiencing homelessness on the West Coast. Since then, YouthCare has expanded to more than a dozen sites serving over 1,500 youth every year. Through a comprehensive range of services including outreach, prevention, shelter, housing, education, and employment training, YouthCare ensures that young people experiencing homelessness have the hope, skills, and self-confidence needed to thrive. In honor of Juneteenth and Black liberation, Boon Boona Coffee is teaming up with local organizations working to end youth homelessness to collect donations of Black haircare products throughout the month of June. Many young people in crisis lack access to natural haircare — your donation helps them feel confident and cared for. Drop off items at participating locations or shop directly from The Sophia Way's Amazon Wishlist. Visit https://lnkd.in/gch7Mppa for all the details!

Every night, 1,800 young people sleep outside in King County. We’re on a mission to bring that number to zero. Through YouthCare’s 1800 to Zero campaign, we’re working to make sure every young person has the support they need to thrive. 💛 Now, you can give smarter—with stock, crypto, DAF grants, or IRA gifts—and help end youth homelessness while gaining potential tax benefits. Visit https://lnkd.in/eEVTzUYA to start your smart giving journey today!

We’re so close to reaching our GiveBIG goal of $26,000, but we still need $12,471 to get there. Your donation can help provide life-changing support to homeless youth who need it most. Good news - the deadline has been extended to May 31, so there’s still time to make your contribution count. 💙 Give Now and Help Us Reach Our Goal at https://lnkd.in/grd6Pkfv.
