Meet Jim Molnar, a former Artillery Officer and JTAC who knows what it means to lead with purpose. After leaving the military, Jim—like many veterans—was told to “find your new mission.” It wasn’t easy, but at ZeroEyes, he found it again. “The biggest reason I chose ZeroEyes was the opportunity to continue serving Americans,” Jim shares. “Seeing the impact we make daily, and being part of a strong culture of individuals who challenge each other to be 1% better every day, makes me feel like I’m back in the team room.” Now, as part of the ZeroEyes team, Jim helps drive our mission to prevent firearm-related violence and protect communities across the country.
