Zippy is building a modern lending platform for manufactured home financing - bringing technology, speed, and transparency to an industry ready for change. Our business touches every stage of the lending process, from origination through servicing, which makes our accounting environment both complex and deeply connected to how the company operates. We’re looking for an accounting leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, can bring structure to a scaling organization, and is motivated to build strong accounting systems and controls that support long-term growth. We are looking for someone to join us as we launch a new channel at Zippy! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in outside sales, enjoys building strong relationships, and loves being out in the field visiting clients. They'll play a critical role enabling our partners with technology to deliver a smoother financing experience for everyone involved. It’s a unique chance to get in early on a growing team, set the standard of how we support dealers for years to come, and be a driving force in our expansion and growth at Zippy! As National Homeownership Month comes to a close, we want to shine a light on a topic that’s close to our hearts. Homeownership is one of the most powerful tools for building financial stability, generational wealth, and stronger, more connected communities. It’s more than shelter—it’s about control, security, and opportunity. At Zippy, we see the impact every day: 🧡 Families gaining stability 🧡 First-time buyers building equity 🧡 Communities strengthened by ownership—not turnover But for far too many people, that opportunity remains out of reach. Outdated loan systems, limited financing options, and narrow definitions of what counts as a “traditional” home continue to create barriers. One of the most affordable—and most misunderstood—paths is manufactured housing. More than 22 million Americans live in manufactured homes, yet financing options remain limited, and the process is often harder than it should be. So we’re rebuilding manufactured home financing—with a simpler, faster, and fully digital approach that makes homeownership more accessible, especially for those who’ve been overlooked. Pride is about more than celebration — it’s about the right to live freely, safely, and with dignity. Access to housing and financial security hasn’t always been equitable for the LGBTQ+ community. LGBTQ+ individuals face lower homeownership rates, increased housing discrimination, and added financial barriers when trying to secure a safe place to call home. These disparities are especially stark for transgender and non-binary people, and for LGBTQ+ youth — many of whom experience housing instability at alarming rates. That reality matters in an industry like ours, where homeownership is at the center of what we do. Building a more inclusive path to homeownership means acknowledging who’s been left out — and doing the work to change that.
