Last Saturday, Dominik Neumann and I took on the Albstadt Challenge 2025 … 60 km and 1,800 meters of elevation. Starting at 6 in the morning, the course tested every limit: steep climbs, technical trails, and more than eight hours of constant movement. It wasn’t just about crossing the finish line, but the mindset it required: → Breaking a huge challenge into manageable sections. → Pacing yourself, even when the terrain gets tough. → Drawing energy from the community around you. That’s exactly what business transformation feels like. Whether it’s adopting AI, modernizing legacy systems, or scaling a new venture – it’s never a sprint. It’s about endurance, preparation, and the ability to keep moving when things get hard. Finishing this ultra reminded me: the big goals are achievable when you combine strategy, persistence, and the right people by your side. On to the next run – and the next challenge. #Leadership #Transformation #AI #Resilience #Running

Ihr seid Helden! Herzlichen Glückwunsch ☀️
Nice analogy! Though I'd argue AI transformation is more like a 100m sprint these days... the companies that take 8 hours to "pace themselves" while competitors deploy working solutions in weeks usually end up watching from the sidelines. Sometimes you just need to run faster, not longer.
Congrats!! And a lot of respect 💪🏼
Next step Herrmannslauf im Teutoburger Wald, der Halbmarathon der es in sich hat? 😉
Enterprise Transformation through value generating technologies
