Yes.  You can toggle Next Role Explorer "Off" in the Learner features tab of your Customize settings in your admin portal.

The information that admins have customized for role guides—Titles and Skills—are reflected in the Next Role Explorer tool.

At this time, admins cannot customize which next roles are suggested. However, if your customer is also a Hire customer, Next Role Explorer showcases internal jobs that are available at your organization.

No reporting is available specific to Next Role Explorer at this time. 

However, admins can view metrics for unique viewers and clicks on specific Role Guides that are featured in Next Role Explorer in the Roles tab of the admin portal.

Learners can find Next Role Explorer in the My Career Journey tab on the left navigation pane in Learning.

Next role suggestions are based on:

• A learner's current role title, pulled either from a learner's bound LinkedIn.com profile or reported title if their LinkedIn Learning account is unbound to a personal LinkedIn.com profile.
• Transition data available on LinkedIn for the organization to which a learner currently belongs. Three to five of the most common transitions for a specific role are suggested based on this information.
• If sufficient transition data for a role isn’t available on LinkedIn for a specific organization, next role suggestions are based on data for the industry in which the company does business.

Learners will be able to see the following data:

• The percentage of people who have made the transition from their current role title to any selected next role. 
• How a learner’s skill match up to the common skill required for the role.
• Relevant internal job openings (if the customer also subscribes to Hiring). 
• Available role guides for that role.
  

The specific information available will depend on the data available for the role and the features that an organization has enabled.

Learners may not see the next role explorer tool for several reasons: 

• Next Role Explorer is available only for Hub customers. 
• For Hub customers, your organization may not have provided access to the feature. Check that Next Role Explorer is not toggled off in the Learner features tab of Customize settings in your Admin portal. 
• Next Role Explorer will not populate for any current role titles for which there is not enough data to suggest a next potential role. Next Role Explorer also may not populate for senior- or executive-level roles for which there is not enough available data to make a suggested career path.
