““All that and then some” is the phrase that comes to mind when it came to Alli. I had the pleasure of working with Alli for five years at McKinstry. Alli was a colleague of mine in HR and a partner in crime for many projects we supported each other on. I have many positive and wonderful things to say about Alli…but only a few are appropriate for a business social media site. In a nutshell, Alli isn't just a brilliant Director of Talent Acquisition – she’s also an inspiring person. She is a detail oriented, goal oriented, ambitious and powerful co-worker. Her understanding of Talent Acquisition, its role within the business, how it fits with her business partners world, and how it fits with potential candidates - is vast, thorough, and very inspiring. Besides being a joy to work with, Alli is a take-charge person who is able to present creative solutions to complex problems and communicate the benefits to the company. She most definitely shines in a fast-paced environment. She is an asset to any company and I will miss working with her.”
