“As Amanda's direct manager for the last year, I intimately got to know Amanda's many strengths and see how they contributed to achieving our goals. Amanda is direct, resilient, trustworthy, hardworking, and an advocate for her team with a positive attitude. I was most impressed by Amanda's ability to problem solve and to do whatever it took to vet a problem to find the best solution for it. Amanda was directly responsible for overhauling how we looked at scheduling and workforce management. She used her detail-oriented problem solving skills to study the behaviors of our inbound volume and better understand where our weak areas were. She worked with her team to trial a radical schedule that helped to redistribute work more evenly, increase our SLAs by 30% all while considering the wants & needs of each individual on the team as it concerned their schedule upholding a sense of feeling valued by the team. Amanda's ability to understand our tools, systems and processes was a huge advantage to our entire team. She put this skill set to work in many ways but one that stand out as making a meaningful impact on our team were that she defined how we managed incoming cases and distributed them across the team, improving our compliance & data quality.
