If you want more engagement, you need to make sure you're talking to the right person, and giving them something of value. Begin by clearly defining your audience in Google Docs, Notion, or Microsoft Word. Outline their interests, learning goals, benefits they seek, and where they typically find similar content. Understanding your target audience and topic is crucial. Once this alignment is achieved, you can then conduct further research, develop your article outline, perform edits, and utilize content creation platforms, like Canva and Grammarly, to enhance and articulate your message effectively.

What are the best ways for copywriters to collaborate with developers?
In my role as a copywriter for growth strategy, I collaborated with an engineer and data scientist to create a taxonomy. Our goal was to systematically track and categorize specific headlines and body copy, as well as define the labeling process for the content. This helped us with A/B testing and personalizing content, so we could see what copy worked, test accurately, and control what we presented to the end user.
