This allowed the bank to offer a full array of insurance and investment products to its customers. Built the department and selected PrimeVest as the solution.

Incorporated West Bay Investments to organize Access 1st Capital Bank. Lead Organizer to the project and initial Chairman to the bank. Brought together a diverse group of organizers and successfully obtained a bank charter. Obtained regulatory approval from the FDIC and Texas State Banking Commission. Brought project in on budget. Raised over $15 million in equity. Managed the development of Offering Circular. Hired CEO, CFO and consultants required to get the bank started.

Justice Enterprises, Inc. obtained Tennessee as an exclusive territory of Creative Capital. Through Creative Capital, JEI provides structured settlements to personal injury clients and their attorneys. We have generated over $36 million in gross premium and licensed in 15 states.

First Capital had been devastated by its prior management and was forced into bankruptcy. Brought in to stabilize the operation, validate the remaining assets, clean up the balance sheet and propose a plan of re-organization. All of which was achieved. These were primarily automotive floor plan and sub-prime retail financing. Established the policies and procedures that were used to minimize future losses and collect past due accounts.

MBC wanted to start a sub-prime automotive company in Canada. Evaluated the market, MBC's appetite for risk, and infrastructure. Helped MBC come to the conclusion that this is not a market they wished to pursue.

Contract CFO for The Key, The Key Finance, Auto Finance USA and several reinsurance companies.

Chief Financial Officer. Assisted in he development of Prospectus for convertible debt. Terra will start with US operations and has contacts to expand into Mexico. With the opening of the Mexican market this could be a huge opportunity. With the collapse in oil prices, this project has been postponed.

Bodin Oil Recovery, Inc. entered bankruptcy 12/14/12 to allow it to develop a plan of re-organization, Chapter 11 . Appointed Chief Restructuring Officer/Chief Financial Officer as ordered by the courts. Immediately achieved profitability and put the company on track to set a new revenue high. Developed a re-organization plan that repays 100% of the liabilities and allows the company to continue to improve. The company is now out of bankruptcy and project is complete.

Purchased the franchise for the Brentwood, Franklin and Belle Meade territories. We provided Landscape Installation and Maintenance to both Commercial and Residential customers. The company was primarily run by my son who went back to college and the company has been sold.
