  • BPOS (Office 365) Support Engineer Training Initiative

    BPOS was the predecessor to Office 365 the cloud product of Microsoft. This team was brought together to shape a course, instruct support engineers, and assist with their certification. This was an aggressive project that brought on over 400 engineers and had them trained in less than 3 months. Work was done in Fort Lauderdale, FL
