“Dan managed me directly at San Francisco Travel Association for nearly a year and a half. I knew that he'd be a great manager when, on my first day, he created a manifesto detailing our important notes such as our company history, brand values, team vision and more; he had taken the time to use a work example that I sent in the interview process to make it make sense to me, specifically, and it made me comfortable with the team from the onset. Dan is a marketing visionary, and that translates into his daily work and management style. He is always eager to try new tools and understands when to delegate projects to his reports as a way to empower them.
