You're facing a content creation overload. How do you manage tasks effectively?
Unless you are in a rare situation, there are usually competing stakeholders involved with different content initiatives. When that is the case, you must involve the stakeholders as part of the prioritization process. If possible, bring them together to discuss competing deadlines, but if that is not possible (let’s say the stakeholders are actually different clients) then you still need to make clear communications to each stakeholder stating when their delivery is scheduled and when it will also start. Without that, you will end up revisiting your prioritization list over and over as new pressure is applied.

Here's how you can navigate the impact of artificial intelligence on office administrators.
A key about what we are calling "AI" in business right now is that it is evolving quickly. Don't focus too much on one platform or another. Instead, spend your time learning the theories behind AI and watching the new parts emerging. Find one AI tool that helps you a little, and use it. The next time you need to craft a notice, look at the new AI tool and see how it helps. There are very few experts in AI right now, so just keep learning and one day you will find you might just be a new expert...

Your company's data is at risk during a cloud migration failure. How will you ensure successful recovery?
The Communication Plan is the most overlooked point in a migration and can almost always make the difference between perception of success and failure. Let's face it - all projects have that "Oh Ship!" moment, and migrations are the most vulnerable, especially when managing multiple versions. However, clearly communicating to all critical paths what steps will be happening and when reduces the anxiety when something does go sideways. A critical part of a Communication Plan is the escalation section. Make sure you have scripts ready for your CSRs in case anything occurs. Customers who hear "We are currently working on our system" are less likely to escalate compared to "I don't know what is wrong. We will get back to you."

Your team is divided on the target audience's needs. How will you align their contrasting interpretations?
Empathy starts at the head of the teams. If you show empathy, the team leaders tend to mirror that downward. The more each team understands about the "why" of decisions or requests, the better they feel about giving ground. I often ask "How can we do both?" not because I expect to be able to do both, but because it forces conversation about how the competing ideas overlap and/or work together.
