“Hagay is highly professional Manager (note capital "M"). He is capable of overseeing a lot of projects simultaneously and do both things effectively: dive into technical details of each of them while keeping overall picture/landscape in sight. His deep expertise in ML/DL area allows him to act as Senior Engineer on a team as well as to speak to users and customers about products him and his teams are working on. As manager of managers Hagay stroke me as the leader I can learn a lot from. He is careful to not micromanage and provides just the right amount of guidance and freedom. For example, under his supervision I learnt a lesson on how to work with open source projects and expanded my own skillset. I would recommend him as a leader for any technical or engineering organization where things need to be built from the scratch and healthy org structure and processes need to be introduced.”
