“Justin is one of the most effective and impactful leaders I have ever had the pleasure of working under. He's driven, goal oriented, extremely smart, and above all attentive to those he manages. I started my sales career working with Justin as he was both a manager and director. He always took constant interest in my growth as a sales rep. and employee overall. What always stood out to me is that he would provide direct support, feedback, and helpful tactics, but also always took the time to see how I was feeling and thinking. He ensured I had a sense of company direction, how my role relates to the overall sales funnel, and how different business factors can affect my day to day. This is important because he was always helping me connect the dots and provide me with an understanding of my position and how it fits in to the larger picture. He constantly showed he was up to the challenge in an incredibly fast paced start up environment. No matter what came his way, he was always action oriented and had a plan in place. He did this all the while always being mindful of how this change can affect the reps he managed. He brought a sense of optimism despite a very volatile and ever changing sales environment, and was truthfully fun to work with. He's also very honest, and always gave me transparency which is something I haven't had in all my working experience and I very much appreciated that. I always had trust not only in his knowledge and management, but also in the fact that he truthfully does care about the people who work for him. I highly recommend Justin. I would love to work for him again in the future. I trust his direction, and know that he will bring value to any company or organization he chooses to work with.”
