• Organize fun, interactive, girl-led activities that address current issues involving girls’ interests and needs.
• Communicate effectively and deliver presentations and information to the individual or group.
• Support and encourage girls in attaining desired goals and awards.
• Provide guidance and information to the parents or guardians of girls on a regular, ongoing basis
through a variety of tools, including e-mail, phone calls, newsletters, and blogs.
• Process and complete girls’ registration and other paperwork according to GSUSA and our
council’s policies and procedures.
• Manage the group funds according to GSUSA and the council policies and procedures.
• Be guided in all actions by the Girl Scout Mission, Promise, and Law.

Established and managed a Shutterfly Share Site to facilitate a central area for posting and sharing photos of the McQuaid Crew Team events and competitive regattas. Site also included team roster and contact information, calendar details, links to resources and venues, and race result information.

Coordinated the data collection, organization, proofing, printing and distribution of the annual Family Directory, which lists names, addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses of all Seton families who wish to be included as well as class lists and faculty/ staff listings.

Responsible for attending and recording the minutes of all monthly Parent Teacher Association meetings. Edited and published the minutes shortly thereafter and sent out to meeting attendees for approval prior to communicating them to the school community.
