“I worked with David on a series of rapid iterative testing for the Checkout track at walmart.com. For me, as a researcher, David was a great UX lead to partner with – not afraid to take risks, willing to work fast and tirelessly to create various prototypes in a short period of time (& making changes on the fly) to explore new ideas and maximize every opportunity we had when testing with users. David possessed a steady stream of creativity and enthusiasm that made working with him very productive, fun and an adventure.”

How can you maintain work-life balance in a start-up?
To start, it's essential to grasp your role and the expectations within the startup and among your peers. If you hold the titles CEO, Founder, or co-founder with over 1% company ownership, be prepared to dedicate years of your life for substantial financial gains. Conversely, if your stake is limited, sacrificing your entire life for the company wouldn't be wise. When emphasizing clear boundaries, pinpoint where you draw the line between the startup's role and your life's mission. Even for founders, acknowledging the absence of inherent boundaries establishes clarity. Understand your role and expectations first. If more is demanded, don't hesitate to negotiate for a larger share.

How can you maintain work-life balance in a start-up?
In the startup realm, particularly for founders and key stakeholders, work-life balance often remains elusive. If you seek balance, consider a corporate path. Startups demand relentless effort and time, offering potential for substantial gains – a core trade-off. Achieving success means embracing sacrifices; hard work is the law of nature. While some progress can occur with work-life balance, it's not the primary focus in startups. Comprehend the startup landscape to set aligned expectations. Success here hinges on unwavering dedication, where individuals invest time and effort in innovation and growth.

What are the top 5 interview skills for Personal Branding?
My number one goal in any interview is to have fun. When I'm enjoying it, I know I'm answering correctly, providing needed information, and delivering the story effectively. Interviews can be boring, so letting both parties have fun within limits is crucial. It leaves a memorable impression and can lead to future collaboration.

It is designed to assist instructors and educational institutions to gain real-time metrics from students in the classroom by monitoring their physical responses to subjects being taught in the classroom. Taking advantage of the gyroscope inside Google Glass, CLASSUP! registers any head nods and shakes as direct stimuli responses and transmits that data discreetly directly to the instructor. The instructor can monitor the responses live as a life pulse and see if the students are being engaged and can make on-the-fly adjustments to the class based on the responses. As an alternative, students can also send their feedback using a web application or a Google Android device.
As part of a five member team, I was responsible for implementing CLASSUP!’s GraphView behavior for both Android and Google Glass. The Android and Glass versions of CLASSUP! were developed natively in Android Studio.Other creatorsSee project
