“Nishant is hardworking co-scientist, to work with him is one the opportunity to learn and share the basics of formulation. He is familiar in nature and i sure that he can adjust himself according to the condition, I always wish for his better future.”

PF0 loaded Albumin Chitosan hybrid nanocarriers for the treatment of Malignant mesothelioma
I have developed albumin-based nanocarriers such as for new-in-class poorly water insoluble anti-cancer drugs. I have also prepared and studied the efficacy of tumor targeted, drug-loaded nanocarriers for in vitro and in vivo delivery. The characterization of the formulations has been carried out by HPLC, DLS, FACS, Confocal microscopy, stability analysis and in vitro drug release studies.

I am well-versed with mammalian cell culture techniques. I have also performed several cell based assays to study the efficacy of the drugs and understand the mechanisms of action of the new drugs and nanoparticle delivery systems.
Additionally, I have also performed ELISA and Western blots to study downregulation of target proteins.
My work experience has involved active interactions and collaborations with different visiting postdocs and Ph,D students in their projects,
