The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
- 2 years
Learned to speak, read, and write fluent Portuguese. Placed in charge of the financial affairs for 188 full-time volunteers and trained and managed through presentations and exercises. Gave 2 years (over 8,000 hours) of rigorous volunteer service without remuneration. Provided humanitarian relief and improved quality of life of poor families and individuals.
