Contributor - IEEE P2020 Automotive Imaging White Paper
IEEE
The IEEE‐SA P2020 working group on automotive imaging standards was established in order to address the considerable ambiguity in measurement of image quality of automotive imaging systems, both human and computer vision based. This white paper outlines the goals, achievements, rationale and plans of the subgroup, which has started to work on development of a new standard.Image quality plays a crucial role for both automotive viewing and automotive computer vision applications and today’s image…

High-power collimated laser-plasma source for proximity x-ray nanolithography
Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology B: Microelectronics and Nanometer Structures
Describes the compact laser-produced plasma x-ray source, conversion of the laser power delivered on target to x-ray and the subsequent collimation of the x-ray energy. My involvement was generating the laser power from a compact diode-pumped, solid-state Nd:YAG laser system.

Compact high power laser-plasma X-ray source for lithography
Microprocesses and Nanotechnology Conference, 2001 International
A compact laser produced plasma X-ray source generates 24 Watts average power of 1.1 nm X-rays in 2/spl pi/ steradians. The laser-plasma source is driven by a compact, diode-pumped, solid-state 300 Watt Nd:YAG laser system.
