You're facing scope creep due to client demands. How can you manage project timelines effectively?
The key word here is "Client demands". Hopefully this is not a single solution for a single customer. Then it is not a product. Assuming it is a true product which is built for multiple customers, product management should have done an early exercise on "Minimum Acceptable Product" (MAP)and shared that vision with customers. The minimum acceptable Product should have all must have features. Now coming to this particular situation of client demand, if the demanded feature is within Must Have features for MAP, there should not be a scope creep or timeline impact. If the client demand is for a feature outside of the MAP, PM should communication future roadmap items after evaluating the feature request to quell the customer.

What do you do if your product decisions are not effective?
From my experience, there are occasions when product decisions can go wrong. It maybe because of 1. improper target audience during surveys/research. If insufficient number of target persona participated in the surveys, the inputs may not have been adequate. 2. Product/market research was cut short due to lack of staffing or urgency to launch the product fast. 3. It was an experimental product and it was unknown how/which customers will adopt it Whatever the situation maybe, it is important to put learning steps during the early/alpha/beta release , course correct along the way so that during GA(General Availability), the product is well accepted in the market.

How do you explain AI to your clients?
Imagine a technology or an assistant that can understand your people's needs, work and help getting that done faster. For example, if your Marketing department is supposed to do a "new product announcement and has a very rough draft for it, AI can help create a fully finished content. Imagine if your sales department is about to meet prospect then AI can prepare a summary about that client and also a draft pitch for you. Imagine a technology that can read your business emails and prepare draft responses, Or helps you prepare for an important meeting by automatically reading and understanding past documents you have created/received or reading through the scribes from your past meetings, that's what is AI. It's "Human inside a Machine".
