A tireless advocate for the user, Ridhima grounds her design rationale in a strong understanding of what the user needs. She is a fast learner. The speed at which she is able to jump into any problem space and start pulling out design insights is amazing. She was able to pick up the complex domain of networking and security within no time. She synthesized complex concepts into their simplest form and made significant design contribution to solving some of the really challenging problems we were tackling in that space. Her design proposals were always thoughtful, detailed and reflected her strong understanding of the problem. Her care for detail while also seeing the big picture made her an incredible asset for our team. Ridhima is extremely easy to work with, is open-minded and receptive to ideas, and assertive when she needs to. She is also a fantastic communicator and thrives on sharing her design work and getting feedback from her peers - Ridhima was always the first to volunteer her designs at a critique. She was also generous in dedicating the time to explore latest in the world of design and sharing her knowledge with the rest of the team. Ridhima also did a wonderful job at collaboration and working with other teams. She got things done! I received great feedback about her from product managers and engineering team members she worked with. I would hire Ridhima in a heartbeat if I could.
