He had great success working in many challenging projects. This success came from his solid technical background, strong sense of logic, drive, determination, and well-thought planning. Scott has the innate ability to determine whether a investigative path is or isn't worth pursuing. For several years he was very successfully in charge of my silicon materials research team. I can see Scott adding great value to a company in many different ways and at many different levels, including managerial positions.”
