Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an RN Clinical Educator in West Palm Beach, FL. The RN Clinical Educator will be responsible for designing and delivering educational programs for clinical staff, evaluating staff competencies, and providing mentorship and support to enhance clinical practice. Additional responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing educational materials, and staying updated with current best practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment and care planning
• Proficiency in developing and delivering educational programs
• Experience with staff mentorship and competency evaluation
• Knowledge of current best practices and regulatory standards in healthcare
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Active RN license in the state of Florida
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, or related field; MSN preferred
