- [Narrator] In this video, I want to do another quick example of saving a cloud model because what I really want to focus on is a little bit of troubleshooting here. So let's say that you had a situation where one of your users was trying to save a cloud model and the folder that they're expecting to see in the cloud account is not showing up. What do you do about it? So the scenario that I have here is I am logged in as Jessica, Jessica's working on some hotel room studies for a hotel project that she's part of. And she wants to take these studies and upload them to the cloud so that the rest of her team can see them. So she figured the best thing to do would just be to save this as a cloud model. So we're going to go to the File menu, Save As, and Cloud Model, just like we did in the previous video. So when we do that, of course we want to make sure that here at the Switch Account dropdown menu here that we are working in the correct account. So that is Pinnacle Design Architect…
