- [Paul] In this video, we're going to talk about the Issues feature in the Autodesk Construction Cloud. The easiest way to think about issues is just imagine them as markups that require action. If you notice something in the model while you're perusing it in the cloud viewer and you want to put a note there that it needs to be addressed, that becomes an issue. So you create a push pin, you put some details about that issue, and you can even assign it to somebody for follow-up action. So that could be an individual person, it could be a company, or it could be a role. So all of those are options for assigning area of responsibility. You can also assign due dates to the issues to further the accountability. Now, when you create issues and assign them to somebody, there's going to be a few ways that the recipient can find out that these issues have been assigned to them.
