- [Instructor] If you'd like to have custom curtain grids, what you do is you start with basically a giant blank sheet of glass, like I've done here. Now, we are free to divide this up any way we want. So in your model, go to an elevation looking straight at your curtain wall. In my case, it's the east elevation. Go to the Architecture tab and notice that you have curtain grids that you can add. Go ahead and click on Curtain Grid. Notice that if you hover over a vertical portion, you'll get a horizontal grid. If you hover over a horizontal portion, you'll get a vertical grid. I want to start with horizontal grids. I'm going to hover my cursor over the side of this wall until I get to 10 feet. Once I get the 10 feet, I'm going to pick it. Now I'm going to come up to this grid line right here and I'm going to pick it at two feet.
