- The kind of change we're facing in the new world of AI is exponential and continuous. It has no end point, so you're never really done communicating, which means you have to bake regular AI-focused communication into your regular cadence in your company. Here are a few ideas for you to use when you put this into practice. Address AI related changes regularly in your town halls or your all hands. This is a time when you can update everyone about what's new, have group key learnings, and give kudos to people and groups who are leading the way in adapting.
