For now I'll just call this Email Invoices. Put it in my normal place, C:\developmentUIPath You can put yours wherever you want. For description, I'll say, "Iterate all files in robot scripts and email the invoices only." I'll leave these as default and click on Create. I'll double click on the menu to collapse it like usual, and double click here to rename this as the whole process. And you could just as easily use a flowchart for your root activity. But to me, this feels like a fairly linear process, and I generally prefer to use sequences for reasons I've articulated in previous videos. While flowcharts can give you a nice visual, they're a little more clunky to work with in general.
