- A couple of months ago, my client introduced me to the company's receptionist. Her name was MaShayla and my mind processed her name as Shayla. A few hours later, when I stepped out of my workshop to locate the restroom, I stopped by the front desk and asked "Shayla, can you point me to the restroom?"
