- [Lecturer] Let's take a closer look at training. I think there's a common misconception that training happens just once, usually at the beginning of a project. But that approach is more than a little shortsighted. Learning is an ongoing process, not a single event. Even if you manage to fully train all participants before the project goes live, what happens when someone new joins the team? Yes, they'll need training too. And if all the training happens only at the start, how will you deal with any changes that come up during the rollout? How will those adjustments be incorporated into the learning program? Then of course, we have the audience factor. Different groups will need different levels of skills with various parts of the program. For instance, leaders don't need to know the nitty gritty of processing invoices, but it's helpful if they understand some of the challenges their teams face.
