- [Narrator] I think that one of the most powerful ways of overcoming resistance to transformation is to show that the leadership of the organization is 100% behind the transition, and the most effective way of that is for the leadership to actively participate and to model the behaviors and methods that they're expecting their employees to use. I mean, seriously, if management is telling people that they have to make changes but refuse to change the way they themselves are working, why would anyone listen to them?
