- To get the most out of this course, you can follow along with the exercise files. Download them to your device like I've done here. You'll see that the exercise files are organized by chapter. So for example, if I click chapter one, you'll see all the relevant files. If I open up one of these files, you can see that I've used real data that's been anonymized to make this as close as possible to the real types of data you'll be using for your own analysis. We use a lot of common marketing metrics in the course so I've included a glossary with instructions on how to calculate each one of them. Remember, there are many different versions of Excel so you might notice differences when you follow along. If you do run into trouble, usually a quick online search can point you in the right direction, or feel free to reach out to me on LinkedIn or in the Q&A section.
