- [Narrator] If the text in your spreadsheet is too small to read, you can change the Zoom. To get a closer look. In the view ribbon, click the Zoom button and set the percentage you want to get a closer look at your sheet. Zoom to a smaller percentage to see the whole sheet at a glance, or select the data that you want to look at and Zoom to that selection. For even faster Zoom control, use the Zoom slider at the bottom of the window or click the percentage button to choose your specific Zoom size.
